• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Departure Point: Barossa Helicopters Helipad, 261 Hoffnungsthal Rd, Lyndoch SA 5315. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time

Important:

• Exclusions: Transfers to/from the Barossa Helicopters Helipad, additional drinks
• Guests will need to present photo identification to redeem ticket on arrival
• Please allow approximately two hours for this experience, including flight time
• Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, cargo and passengers. Each passenger will be weighed prior to boarding the helicopter
• Maximum individual weight is 130kg. All up, the combined maximum passenger weight is 270kg. If someone flying weighs over 100kg, please call upon booking and inform Barossa Helicopters at the time of booking of ALL accurate passenger weights
• Robinson R44 helicopter manufacturers have an individual seat limit of 130kg. Please feel free to call Barossa Helicopters to discuss the total seat weight
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Barossa Helicopters reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations (a refund will be available). The pilot’s decision is final – regardless of the occasion. Your safety and that of the pilot and aircraft are the number one priority
• A full refund will be made available to guests in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event
