Important:

• Exclusions: This is a BYO event. Guests must bring their own drinks and food
• All participants in Pinot & Picasso public events must be 18 and over. School holiday events and private functions can accommodate children. Any all-age events will be advertised accordingly. Look out for the tags for Family Friendly, Kids and All Ages on the session details
• Sessions run for up to three hours
• A A$10 surcharge applies for Neon Night Sessions, payable directly to Pinot & Picasso at time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. RSA restrictions apply
• Pass cannot be redeemed for grazing boards, art boxes, virtual functions, and/or purchasing a gift card
• Please Note: One code per transaction applies. Any unused credit is forfeited

Cancellation:

• You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking for A$25 non-negotiable fee* per transaction up to 48-hours before your scheduled session time
• If cancelling or rescheduling within that 48-hour window, a A$25 non-negotiable fee* per ticket will be applied
• *Unless you’ve purchased the Pinot Guarantee at time of booking.
• *Pinot Guarantee cannot be used to reschedule/cancel after the session has already commenced.
• Cancellation for 6 or more:
  • For bookings of 6+ tickets, there will be a $25 non-negotiable fee per ticket to cancel or reschedule at any time.
• Cancellation for Private Function:
• Private Function deposits are non-refundable
  • If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, you can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for yourself and also the Pinot & Picasso studio
  • Pinot & Picasso are unable to refund or reschedule private functions within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited
  • Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Functions. If you have accidentally purchased it with your private function, you will be refunded at your request

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
