  • Please note: Desert Gate will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
  • You will receive an electronic ticket after Desert Gate confirms your booking (note: your voucher is not a valid entry ticket)
  • Ticket must be used on the date selected

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Park hours vary, see individual parks for current opening hours
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2024

Important:

• Food, drinks and transport are not included
• Validity for your ticket ends 14 days after your first park visit

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for entry to two, three or four parks depending on what is specified on your ticket – please make your selection carefully
• Rides and attractions are subject to availability and may be closed or changed without notice
