An amazing stay at Hotel Casa de Sada. I have never experienced such hospitality, culture, and attention to guest comfort. I would particularly like to highlight and thank Ms. Claudia at the reception, as well as Mr. Paul and Mr. Oscar from the restaurant. The hotel itself is situated right on the beach, offering a breathtaking ocean view. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious bedding made it feel like sleeping on a cloud. Guests have access to two wonderful pools and the most comfortable sun loungers I have ever relaxed on. The Palm Beach restaurant, located on the beach, serves excellent food and drinks. I celebrated my birthday there with my wife, and it was one of the best birthdays of my life. Although the hotel isn't fully finished yet and not all amenities are available, we will certainly return to see it in its full glory. Highly recommended!!!

Great stay here on the third day they were open. Apparently this used to be a Holiday Inn and has been under renovation for the last 3 years; everything is new, we thought it a brand new building. We were maybe one of four or five parties in the entire hotel and many of the rooms were still under construction, but the entire place is almost done. Nonetheless, the restaurant, pool, and bar were all open. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, the building is beautiful, and the view and accessibility couldn't be a whole lot better. It just overlooks the beach with easy access down the stairwell.
Edit to add: Oscar at the restaurant was incredible, even taking us in early on our day of departure. Great move bringing him in from London for your opening!

I have never seen anything like this. I am contemplating a 2 night stay beginning tomorrow and had a question about construction that I had read about in a prior comment.
I called the hotel twice in the span of an hour on a Monday early evening.
No one picked up the phone either time.
How is this humanly possible for a 5 star hotel on the beach charging premium prices?
Crazy.

Where to go in Europe in January
January is a good time to really embrace winter, or dodge it altogether. Head north to Scandinavia for the full Arctic experience: take the overnight Santa Claus Express from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, then tick off husky sledding, cross-country skiing and Northern Lights hunting. If you’re planning on hitting the slopes, choose Chamonix or Zermatt for big-name Alpine skiing, look to Austrian resorts such as Alpbach or Rauris for a more relaxed base, or opt for Bansko in Bulgaria as the more budget-friendly option. Prefer winter sun? The Canary Islands are a firm favourite, with a mix of beach, hiking, otherworldly landscapes and alfresco feasts.
Pick for something you won’t see every month: The International Hot Air Balloon Festival in Château-d’Œx, Switzerland, runs 23–31 January 2027, with dozens of balloons filling the Alpine sky over nine days.
In February, look north for fairy-tale winter or south for something altogether softer. In Finnish Lapland, snow is deep, days are noticeably longer than in December and January, and nights are still dark enough for Northern Lights hunting. For a completely different seasonal spectacle, time Venice with Carnival; or swap snow for Madeira’s milder weather and quieter levada trails (its official hiking trails now require advance reservations, so plan in advance). The Canary Islands and Cyprus are also good for outdoor time, though February is not reliably warm.
Where to go in Europe in March
The shortlist for March lies in southern Europe. Get ahead of the summer heat waves in Andalusia: Seville, Córdoba and Granada are all landlocked and average highs well into the mid-30s during summer, so March is the perfect month to clock up your step count across these Moorish-influenced cities. Choose Sicily or Malta for food, culture and outdoor sightseeing, or opt for Porto or Lisbon to capture the cities’ springtime buzz. Northern Europe is still cool and changeable, but March is not a bad time to visit if you want to make the most of cheaper travel and accommodation.
A truly wonderful stay at ME Malta!
I absolutely loved my stay at ME Malta and would wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the level of care and attention from the team was outstanding. There was a genuine sense of personalised service throughout my stay, with so many thoughtful little touches that made me feel incredibly welcome.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The team were consistently warm, attentive and professional, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making my stay as enjoyable as possible.
I also made the most of the hotel’s fantastic facilities, including the spa, pool and bar. Everything was beautifully presented, and the overall atmosphere made it such a lovely place to unwind and enjoy Malta.
What I’ll remember most, though, is the exceptional service and the personal touches that made the experience feel so much more than just a hotel stay. ME Malta genuinely made my trip even more memorable, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Malta!

I have been to many top hotels, but this experience at ME Malta was truly memorable. Thanks to the warm and friendly hospitality of the entire team, the hotel genuinely felt like a second home during our stay.
The rooms are absolutely enormous! I highly recommend booking one with a sea and Valletta view getting to enjoy the morning sunrises over the sea from your room is an unforgettable experience. The amenities are also fantastic, including a very well-equipped fitness gym that has everything you need.
The dining and restaurant staff deserve massive praise. The food from the hotel restaurant is top-tier, and the breakfast service was incredibly personal. The waiters remembered our daily breakfast orders and even made the extra effort to provide us with fresh ricotta every morning.
A special shoutout goes to Mellany, who provided world-class, professional hospitality. Even when bad weather forced us to cancel a group sailing trip, she stepped in immediately and organized a flawless last minute lunch for 13 of us at the hotel Restaurant.
If you want a hotel with phenomenal food, breathtaking views, and a staff that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the perfect place to stay.

I booked a stay at ME Malta as a last-minute birthday gift for my sister, and I honestly could not have chosen a better place! From the moment she arrived, the team went completely above and beyond to make her stay unforgettable.
She was absolutely thrilled with the warm, amazing welcome she received. The staff has a wonderful way of making you feel instantly at ease and cared for. On top of the incredible hospitality, the hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms are just Waw and gives you that luxury feel. One of the most beautiful hotels where my sister has ever stayed.
Because I had mentioned it was her birthday, the hotel staff arranged a stunning surprise for her right in her room. Seeing how happy she was meant the world to me. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone working here for their genuine care and flawless service. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury with heart, this is it! Thank you, ME Malta! ❤️❤️❤️

Probably the best hotel in Malta, definitely in Valletta. It’s not even comparable to the Westin, which felt like a completely different world stuck in the 2010s.
Here, everything feels new and modern. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and caring. The room cleaning is excellent, and the pricing is fair. The massage options are also great, including pregnancy-safe treatments. The food is very good as well. Has all necessary facilities ☺️
The only things missing are a jacuzzi, and the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes.
Where to go in Europe in April
April is spring in its prime, and a handful of European cities wear it particularly well. In Edinburgh, cherry blossoms line The Meadows and Princes Street Gardens beneath the castle, while Bonn’s Altstadt turns pink along Heerstraße and neighbouring streets. The Netherlands go bigger still: Keukenhof’s tulip display is a must-see – visit before 10.30am or after 4pm to beat the crowds. Then comes King’s Day on 27 April, when Amsterdam swaps tulips for orange-clad crowds, canal parties and street markets. Further south, Portugal is a treat for outdoor adventures, while beach clubs and resorts in Greece begin reopening mid-to-late April – early enough to enjoy the islands before the busiest stretch of summer.
Top tip: Keep an eye on Easter dates, which can quickly change crowds, prices and opening hours in popular destinations.
I recently stayed at Amoh for a special occasion, and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The team went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated and valued even before we arrived, setting the tone for an unforgettable trip.
The service here is truly next-level. A massive thank you to Vincenzo at the front desk for the warmest welcome, and Diane together with her colleague Marina at guest services for ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. Breakfast was a highlight every single morning, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Eirini and Kristina—they were so attentive and lovely!
As for the hotel itself:
The Room: Absolutely lovely, beautifully designed, and immaculate. Breathtaking views to the sea and a private pool.
Housekeeping: Incredible attention to detail. They noticed the little things and kept our room flawless.
The Gym: Impeccable and modern, they even have a Tennis Court
We had the absolute best time celebrating here. We are already planning our next visit and will be recommending Amoh to everyone we know. Thank you for making our trip so special!

A Perfect Week at Amoh Rhodes
Our one-week stay at Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort Rhodes, was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a truly special resort. The architecture and interior design are stunning, with an impressive level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong sense of place. As someone working in hospitality design, I especially appreciated the quality of the materials, finishes, and the thoughtful guest experience throughout the property.
We were fortunate to be upgraded to a Selene Suite with a private pool, and it was one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The suite was spacious, elegant, and incredibly relaxing, while the terrace and private pool were generous in size and beautifully designed. Choosing each day between our private pool and the spectacular main pool was a genuine dilemma!
Breakfast was another highlight. The selection of local specialties and international favorites was excellent, and the pastry selection was simply outstanding. A special thank you to Adam for his genuine warmth and friendliness, and to Mary at the coffee bar for preparing the perfect Greek coffee every morning.
We also enjoyed dining at both Glaze and Kymata. Both restaurants combine beautiful design with excellent cuisine and attentive service. Our final lunch at Kymata was especially memorable thanks to Thanos, who invited us to an unexpected wine tasting and recommended both our dishes and a fantastic bottle of wine. Maria ensured every detail of our lunch was perfectly taken care of.
The Luxury Collection's signature experiences added another dimension to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the Aperitivo Gathering, featuring a locally inspired gin cocktail, stories about Rhodes, and delicious local bites, as well as the olive and olive oil tasting. Diana, Marina, and Gina from Guest Services made these experiences engaging, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.
A big thank you also goes to Dori from the Concierge team, who helped us plan a wonderful itinerary around Rhodes, arranged a rental car delivered directly to the hotel, and recommended fantastic restaurants and places to visit. Housekeeping was equally exceptional—efficient, discreet, and consistently delivered with a smile.
Rhodes itself exceeded our expectations. From Anthony Quinn Bay and Seven Springs to the fascinating medieval Old Town, the island offers an incredible variety of experiences. We were also lucky to visit during the Biennale of Modern Ceramics, which was a wonderful surprise for anyone interested in art, craftsmanship, and design.
Finally, our sincere thanks go to Charalambos, the General Manager, and the entire team for creating such a memorable stay. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved our stay at Amoh. We were travelling for our babymoon and all the whole experience was exactly what we wanted. Our room was sea view with a private pool – I would highly recommend as it was so relaxing, with amazing views and lovely comfortable day bed.
We ate at the restaurants, with the lovely breakfast buffet that included an à la carte option for egg dishes- the avocado & poached eggs were delicious!
The only thing you do need to check are which restaurants are open – during the day it’s more limited, which also may have been as it was off season (visited end of May).
The pool is lovely to chill by, as is the beach which is lovely and sandy with plenty of loungers.
I also visited the spa for a facial, they were fantastic, making it into a whole experience from when you walked through the door. My husband used the gym most days & I used the Pilates reformer studio, which you can book complimentary and use with their virtual training system.
Overall I would 100% recommend, our whole trip was lovely!

Beautiful Property and Excellent Service
We had a wonderful stay at AMOH, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes.
The property is absolutely beautiful — elegant, peaceful, and very well maintained. From the very first minute of our arrival, we felt genuinely welcomed.
A very special thank you to Deria, the Manager, who was exceptionally professional, attentive, and truly customer-oriented. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay, right up until the very last minute.
This level of personal attention and genuine hospitality makes a real difference and turns a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Thank you, Deria, and thank you to the entire AMOH team for making our time in Rhodes so special!
Where to go in Europe in May
Europe’s main capitals like Rome, Athens and Barcelona are pleasantly warm in May, but not too intense for long sightseeing days. Provence and the Loire Valley are ideal for slower countryside touring, while Croatia’s Plitvice Lakes are particularly impressive in spring, when snowmelt and rain swell the park’s waterfalls and the surrounding forests are at their greenest. Head to Cappadocia for sunrise hot-air balloon flights and atmospheric hikes through Rose, Pigeon and Love valleys before the midsummer scorch.
Pick for seeing Spain on foot:Camino de Santiago walking tour, with a 19-day route combining selected Camino stages with San Sebastián, Rioja and Santiago de Compostela.
One of the best hotels we have stayed at.
Great breakfast 😋 and a quiet location within a short walk to the shopping area.

Where to go in Europe in June
June opens up a broad spread of European destinations: Lisbon turns the streets over to Santo António on 12–13 June, with parades, grilled sardines and late-night celebrations; Catalonia follows with Sant Joan on 23 June, when bonfires, fireworks and beach parties mark midsummer. Milan works well if you want to pair city time with the lakes: direct trains reach Varenna on Lake Como in about an hour. By now, Croatia, Greece and the Balearics are all about the beach, while the Alps and Scandinavia benefit from very long days for hiking and road trips.
The service is extremely good, and the breakfast is very delicious with lots of choices

Where to go in Europe in July
Long days, balmy evenings and a packed events calendar energise much of Europe. July is the time to make for the Mediterranean and the Greek isles; if Oia at sunset feels like more effort than magic, try Pyrgos for caldera views with some more elbow room. To steer clear of midsummer heat, plan for Alpine hiking, the Scottish Highlands or Scandinavia’s exceptionally long days.
Worth the detour: Skip Oia’s main sunset scrum for Pyrgos and its panoramic caldera views.
Wonderful relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Perfect suite and a personally and always friendly caring team. Half board dining at Noya was delightful. Breakfast as well. Thank you all.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The place was spotless — everything felt clean, fresh, and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile, whether it was giving directions, arranging transportation, or recommending local spots to visit.
The location is just perfect — tucked slightly up in the hills, offering peaceful surroundings and lovely views, yet still close enough to walk or take a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s that ideal mix of quiet relaxation and easy access to everything you need.
Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend.

This was a lovely resort with details taken care of from start to finish. The hotel manager got in touch with me very soon after I made the booking to make sure that everything was prepared for our stay. This of course heightened our expectations and we were not disappointed. The location in the hills above the resort of Tsilivi was idyllic and our suite with its own private pool was well appointed and had stunning views across the Ionian Sea. Transport from our suit to the centre of the resort was on hand and the centre offered a wonderful restaurant and bar with great Greek cuisine in a setting which was friendly and picturesque. The staff were cheerful, polite and obviously liked working for the owners who were on hand and visible. In terms of value for money the price was excellent and the add on costs of transport from the airport, car hire and excursions were all dealt with by the friendly front desk staff.

Where to go in Europe in August
August is one of Europe’s busiest travel months, so choose your destination wisely. Notting Hill Carnival gives London one of Europe’s liveliest August weekends, and open-air cinemas pop up across Athens. In the Cyclades, Mykonos is in full social-season mode, with Tinos a short ferry-ride away for a more low-key island break. Amsterdam and Budapest are strong city choices; Budapest’s Sziget Festival takes over Óbuda Island each August, while Amsterdam’s Grachtenfestival brings classical music and jazz to unusual venues across the city. The latter runs for 10 days each August.
The hotel is lovely, friendly staff with a very great location. My experience was above my expectations! I really recommend it to those who are looking for a large and clean room, great experience with a very good location just walking minutes from London Eye and Big Ben

Superb Stay in an Unbeatable Location
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is an outstanding hotel with top-notch safety, security, and a true 4 to 5-star feel. The location is simply unbeatable, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff and facilities are great across the board, and room service is smooth and reliable.
The only drawback was the room design: while some internal-view rooms still get natural light, others have none at all, which can feel a bit dim. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Where to go in Europe in September
Europe’s best destinations for September split neatly between city and wine country. Sip your way through the continent’s many wine regions – La Rioja buzzes with harvest celebrations, Tuscany is deep into vendemmia, and Portugal‘s Douro Valley gets busy with grape picking, tastings and seasonal experiences at its quintas. As the month rolls on, the vineyards start taking on their first autumn colours too. Elsewhere, look to Florence, Madrid and Taormina for balmy weather and lingering summer energy, or opt for Barcelona to pair urban adventures with the year’s final dips in the Med.
To combine city and countryside: Spend a few days in Porto, then follow the Douro inland for vineyard views and port tastings.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel – it was central, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts – they were delicious and had such a broad range of options.

Where to go in Europe in October
Chase the last bits of heat in Crete or the Canary Islands, where early October can still feel beach-worthy. Prefer to lean right into autumn? Slovenia slips into colourful scenery around Lake Bled and the Julian Alps, with Ljubljana making an easy city base. Cooler temperatures also make October a good month to let sightseeing take centre stage: Seville is easy to explore on foot, Istanbul is comfortable for long days between the bazaars and Bosphorus, and Vienna’s coffee houses and museums beckon.
Don’t miss the Oktoberfest plot twist: Despite the name, Munich’s famous beer festival starts in September and spends most of its run there.
Nana Princess is truly an exceptional hotel and easily one of the best we have ever stayed at.
From the moment you arrive, you can see how much thought has gone into every detail. The hotel, which opened in 2018, is beautifully designed in a modern and elegant style, with the sea visible from almost everywhere you go. Despite being several years old, everything is extremely well maintained and still feels fresh and immaculate.
What really makes the difference, however, is all the staff and especially Christina. Everyone we met was genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding.
We had dinner twice at Eternal Blue, just a few meters from the sea. It is a wonderful setting, especially in the evening, and both the food and service were excellent. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious. The hotel’s other restaurant is more focused on meat dishes.
The spa is also well worth visiting. We had excellent treatments, and the spa itself is impressive, with several different saunas, special experience showers and an indoor pool. The hotel also has two beautiful outdoor pools.
Nana Princess is definitely not a cheap hotel, but sometimes you leave a hotel feeling that the experience justified the price. This was absolutely the case here.
Worth every euro. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We love this resort. This year was our fourth visit and our first without our children. We only spent 3 nights but it was all so familiar and relaxed it felt like a week! The staff are so lovely they look after you so well whether it's at breakfast, by the pool, lunching or having an evening meal in either of their two fabulous restaurants. And to top it all, we were upgraded to one of their incredible villas!!
We will definitely return. Loved it all.

An absolute gem – the best hotel in the Greek islands!
Having stayed at Nana Princess several times now, I can confidently say that it never ceases to amaze me. Every single visit somehow manages to exceed my expectations. The architecture of the property is absolutely stunning, blending beautifully with the surroundings, and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is flawless. As for the food—everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.
However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. The entire team constantly goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. For instance, they went completely above and beyond by arranging a beautiful surprise gift for my parents' anniversary, a gesture that meant the world to us and showed just how much they genuinely care about their guests.
This is hands down the best hotel in the Greek islands. I am already counting the days until my next visit and cannot wait to come back!

Nana Princess made our honeymoon even more beautiful and unforgettable. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality.
I honestly cannot single out one staff member because every single person, without exception, was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Their level of service and genuine care was beyond words.
Nana Princess was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our honeymoon, and we are already looking forward to coming back again very soon. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and memorable experience. ❤️✨
Thank you, Nana Princess, for making our honeymoon so special!
Where to go in Europe in November
Slower city breaks, culture trips and culinary travel are the headliners in November. Piedmont calls foodies with Alba’s famous truffle season with truffle markets, tastings and cooking events. Czechia has its own November ritual: in Brno, St Martin’s wines are traditionally opened on 11 November, often at 11:11am, with roast goose served alongside the first young wines of the vintage. For a complete change of scene, Tromsø’s whale-watching season typically begins in early November, with orcas and humpbacks following herring into the fjords.
Make winter the main event in December: go Christmas market hunting across Strasbourg, Edinburgh and Tallinn, or plan for NYE in Funchal or Reykjavík – though flight and accommodation prices tend to surge around this time. Further north, Rovaniemi averages only around 2.5 hours of daylight in December and the sun doesn’t rise at all around the winter solstice – ideal conditions for snowy pursuits and Northern Lights hunting.
Pick for the full festive circuit: An 11-day festive road, rail and river journey through six countries and some of Europe’s best Christmas markets.
