EUROPE

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich

Housed in a heritage building on the prestigious Paradeplatz, Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich opened in late December 2023, following extensive renovations. Built in 1838, this iconic property – the oldest grand hotel in the city – is set to become one of Zurich's most celebrated addresses as it joins Mandarin Oriental's collection of award-winning hotels.

Auberge’s latest European offering, due to open this year, is set in manicured Baroque gardens, in a cluster of gorgeous 16th-century buildings. The luxury hotel takes inspiration from the artistry of the Renaissance, and offers panoramic views of Florence's red roofs and iconic Duomo. This boutique retreat is set to feature 61 guest rooms, 20 suites and a 2,250-square-foot signature suite, plus an outdoor pool, wine-tasting room, spa and fitness centre.

Viceroy at Ombria Algarve

Discover serenity within the rolling hills of Portugal’s Algarve region at the brand-new Viceroy at Ombria Algarve, set to open in spring this year. Designed with 76 rooms and 65 residences, the resort’s five-star facilities include an 18-hole golf course, holistic spa, shimmering outdoor pool and several restaurants and bars, where regional produce brings Portuguese culture to life.

ASIA

Conrad Singapore Orchard

The Hilton Hotel’s group returns to Singapore with its second Conrad Hotel & Resorts property, joining Conrad Centennial Singapore. The newly opened 440-room hotel, positioned just a stone’s throw from glamorous Orchard Road, has undergone extensive renovations with a new, sophisticated design influenced by local art.

The Singapore EDITION

The Singapore EDITION, which opened at the end of 2023, presents 204 guestrooms and suites in the heart of the upper Orchard Road shopping district, conveniently within walking distance of the UNESCO-listed Singapore Botanic Garden. The first offering from the acclaimed EDITION hotel group to grace the island city-state, The Singapore EDITION promises a refreshing take on refined public spaces, featuring innovative restaurant and bar concepts, a rooftop pool, spa, gym and versatile meeting spaces.

Capella Taipei, Taiwan

A breathtaking contrast of old and new emerge from the vibrant concrete jungle at Capella Taipei, opening this year. Six Senses Forestias Bangkok

The best of both worlds awaits at Six Senses Forestias Bangkok, a 27-residency resort nestled within verdant forest in Bangna, conveniently close to Bangkok. Providing a serene escape from the city's bustle and a communion with nature, these three- to five-bedroom residences boast private pools and organic gardens for cultivating seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Six Senses Forestias Bangkok is expected to open in the first-half of 2024.

Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa

Marriott's largest hotel in Vietnam with an impressive 829 rooms, Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa stands proudly as the group's inaugural oceanfront all-pool villa resort in the country. The newly opened property features 403 rooms, 426 villas and a range of amenities, including four restaurants, seven pools, tennis courts, a fitness centre, Quan Spa, a kids' club and versatile event venues.

Danang Marriott Resort & Spa

Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, which opened last year, sits on the sugar-fine shores of Non-Nuoc Beach on Vietnam's central coast. Embracing a neo-classical design, the resort offers a host of amenities, including five dining and social venues, an outdoor pool, fitness centre, spa, kids' club, and two tennis courts, all conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Danang International Airport.

Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa

UNESCO World Heritage delights meet modern marvels at the brand-new Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa. Positioned along Cua Dai beach, considered one of Vietnam's most picturesque sandy stretches, the 218-room property combines the allure of a beachfront resort with a choice of stylish rooms, suites, and beachfront pool villas. Expect signature culinary experiences and sun-kissed days by the region's largest infinity pool.

NORTH AMERICA

Fairmont Breakers Long Beach – California

The ultra-luxe Fairmont group will take ownership of this historic property with a transformative US$150-million restoration, and plan to unveil Long Beach’s first luxury boutique hotel in mid-2024. With 185 distinctive rooms and suites, a rooftop pool with stunning views of Terrace Theater Plaza, and a live jazz club, the property is set to provide guests with a AAA Four-Diamond experience.

MIDDLE EAST

Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat

Located halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the newly opened Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat is the first of its kind. Inspired by the architecture of its namesake island, Anantara Santorini boasts low-lying white structures offering spacious accommodations, with terraces and captivating Arabian Gulf views. The resort features a private beach, sea-view outdoor pool, indoor cinema and gourmet dining, complemented by bespoke spa treatments and 24-hour butler service.

Mondrian Abu Dhabi

Mondrian Abu Dhabi is the city's newest offering along the glittering canal in bustling downtown. Featuring 221 rooms and 80 serviced apartments – as well as six dining venues, a ballroom, swimming pool and indulgent day spa – the Mondrian Abu Dhabi will provide glittering waterfront views over Reem Island and Maryah Island, as well sweeping views of the city skyline.

Mondrian Abu Dhabi is expected to open by the end of 2024.

Kempinski Residences The Creek – Dubai

Soaring above the banks of Dubai Creek, two glittering towers will enclose an ensemble of 285 elegant apartments. Designed to offer a home-away-from-home experience of complete privacy and exclusivity, paired with Kempinksi's outstanding service, apartments will range from one to four bedrooms, with each residence featuring spellbinding views of the glittering cityscape.

Kempinski Residences The Creek – Dubai is now expected to open in 2025.

AFRICA

Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island

After months of anticipation, it has finally been confirmed that the long-awaited Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island will open its doors in early 2024. The resort will be set in a prime position south of Mahé, atop a pristine atoll adorned with palm forests, surrounded by wildlife and safeguarded by a private lagoon and coral reef. With 50 seafront villas, Waldorf Astoria promises indulgent luxury – each villa, ranging from one to five bedrooms, will be equipped with a private pool and personal concierge.

The Ritz-Carlton Rabat Dar Es Salam

The Ritz-Carlton brand returns to Morocco with this 117-room resort set against 440 acres of oak forest and the Royal Golf Dar es Salam course. Set in the cultural capital of Morocco, this timeless oasis of serenity will boast a lavish spa with traditional hammam, plus five restaurants and lounges, each with distinct interpretations of local fare.

The Ritz-Carlton Rabat Dar Es Salam is expected to open early 2024.
