• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival at the park.

• Cancellation received before 2:00pm on the day prior to the visit: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellation received after 2:00pm on the day prior to the visit: 50% of total prices charged
• Cancellation received at any time on the day of the visit, late arrivals or no-shows: 100% charges apply, no refund
