• Treatment menus and inclusions are subject to change at the spa’s discretion. Spa by JW will substitute treatments of equivalent value where required.

Terms & Conditions

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant guests within the first trimester or for anyone with medical conditions that prevent hot stone, massage or facial treatments. Please consult Spa by JW prior to booking if unsure — modified or alternative treatments may be available.
• Couples Retreat Suite (Tier 3) is available for two guests sharing the suite and the same appointment time only.
• High Tea by JW (Tier 3) is delivered at a confirmed time on the same day as the spa treatment — Spa by JW will confirm the High Tea sitting at the time of booking.
• Dietary requirements for the High Tea service can be accommodated with minimum 48 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. No refund applies for any treatment time forfeited due to late arrival.
• Spa by JW reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the experience due to therapist availability, operational or wellness reasons.
• All treatments must be taken during one visit and cannot be split. Set spa treatment inclusions apply
• Non-combinable with any other offers, special membership discounts or promotions
• Treatment contents may vary, subject to availability

Changes to Booking

• Date and time changes can be requested up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, subject to therapist availability. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment cannot be guaranteed.
• In the event of cancellation by Spa by JW for therapist availability or operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative date at no additional cost.
