• Available every day: 2pm–9pm. Trading hours may vary
• Bookings fill up quickly – book early to avoid disappointment

Important:

• Session duration is one hour and must be pre-booked
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time for check-in
• Valid form of ID is required for all guests aged 18+ (NZ driver licence, passport, or Kiwi Access card only). Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Host responsibility applies
• A range of mocktails are available to choose from.
• Additional drinks (not stated above) are not included in your ticket. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Queenstown Ice Bar
• Please note, Queenstown Ice Bar temperature ranges from -7°C to -14°C. The use of the Queenstown Ice Bar coats, boots and gloves is included however, it is recommended that you dress warmly.

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ to enter the venue and consume alcohol. Valid ID must be provided upon request. Acceptable forms of ID include HANZ 18+, NZ Drivers Licence, Kiwi Access Card and passport
• Children must be supervised at all times. Minors may enter the bar if accompanied by their parent(s) or permanent legal guardian
• As a licensed premise, Queenstown Ice Bar acts in accordance with the NZ liquor laws and our liquor license
• Queenstown Ice Bar does not serve alcohol on ANZAC day (before 1pm), Good Friday or Easter Sunday. Mocktails are available on these dates
• Menu items are subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as an example only

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
