- Booking requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are essential – should Chi The Spa need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking. Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.

- Any swaps or changes to spa treatments incur a $35 fee on the day, payable directly to Chi The Spa

- Any additional personal expenses (additional food and beverages) must be paid directly to Shangri-La Hotel Sydney on the day of visit
