• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can’t be refunded

• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

• Refunds can’t be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
