• Check in at the KJet Jet boat Main Town Pier at 9.45am
• Central Queenstown Pick-up Point: The meeting point will be outside the Station Building, located at the corner of Shotover and Camp Street
• Exact pick-up times will be provided upon booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required for tour to proceed
• Maximum group size per tour is 16 guests
• Child rate applies for children aged 6–17. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Appellation Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Appellation Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: Bookings will be refunded less a penalty from NZ$10 (per transaction)
• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of tour departure date
• Changes must be made by calling +643 442 6920 from 8am–8pm NZST time or emailed to bookings@appellationwinetours.nz
