• Last entry is 15 minutes before closing

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-4
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• This activity has no age limit

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Additional information

• Please note that one adult, senior, or youth can supervise and accompany up to a maximum of five children of age 0–4

• Reduced tickets are available on-site for groups of over 10 visitors

• Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is prohibited

• Outside food or beverages are prohibited with the exception of bottled water

• Use of selfie sticks are prohibited

• Feeding, touching, or handling the birds and plants in the tropical plant collection is prohibited

• Releasing pet birds or animals is prohibited. If you are looking to rehome a bird, please contact the admissions staff for more information

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
