• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from selected Alice Springs locations. Please select your preferred pick-up point at booking
• Departure Point: Stay at Alice Springs Hotel – 11 Leichhardt Terrace, Alice Springs NT
• Please arrive at your nominated pick-up location at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time so as not to delay or miss the tour. Please wait outside the front of your hotel and not in the foyer

• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This trip requires a moderate level of fitness to complete
• Lunch and snacks are included in your tour. Additional snacks and drinks (not mentioned above) are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Limited storage is available on the vehicle. Please ensure bagagge is lept to one 5–7kg bag per person
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

• All guests must be aged 6+ to participate in this tour. Not suitable for infants aged 0–5
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road hazards, mechanical issues or park closures due to traditional land owner ceremonies
• Vehicle is subject to change without notice

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure date: full refund applies, less any unrecoverable costs
• Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to departure date: a credit voucher will be issued, valid for redemption within three years of date of purchase
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
