Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-4
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Participants aged 4-12 are considered children, based on their official ID
• Participants aged 13-17 are considered youth, based on their official ID
• Participants aged 18 - 64 are considered adult, based on their official ID
• Participants aged over 65 are considered seniors, based on their official ID

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Additional information

• Your ‘anytime’ ticket allows for flexible admission at any time on the day of your visit

• This immersive exhibit contains dynamic projections, flashing lights, dark environments, and loud sounds

• Private events/groups/holidays might impact operating hours on certain days without notice

• Scan your mobile ticket upon entry and you’ll be accommodated at the next available timeslot

• Before your visit, download the Arcadia Earth app to enhance your experience with augmented reality technology. Search for “Arcadia Earth AR Toronto” in your mobile app store

• The Arcadia Earth experience is approximately 1 hour in length; however, this will vary from guest to guest

• Guests with large strollers are asked to either leave them in their vehicle or store them at the coat check area

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

How to get there

• By bus: Take the TTC to Spadina Avenue (streetcar 510 or 510A) or nearby King Street routes, then walk about 5–10 minutes to The Well at Front & Spadina
• By train: If arriving via GO Transit or VIA Rail, get off at Union Station, then walk or take a short streetcar ride west to Spadina and Front
• By metro: : Take the TTC subway to Union Station, then walk about 15 minutes west along Front Street to 486 Front Street West (The Well)
