• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

• Child rate applies for children aged 0–14. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian aged 18+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sunshine Coast Afloat for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• All Sunshine Coast Afloat activities operate in an outdoor and offshore marine environment. Trips may change or be cancelled due to weather conditions. Sunshine Coast Afloat reserves the right to cancel services due to inclement weather, including heavy precipitation creating visibility issues, extreme wind or extreme swell conditions deemed dangerous by Sunshine Coast Afloat. This determination is not subject to passenger input

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made.
• All same-day bookings are non-refundable. Bookings for trips that are able to proceed are non-refundable. Any cancellations or no-shows made outside the listed terms and conditions will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If Sunshine Coast Afloat cancels due to inclement weather, rescheduling to an alternative date will be arranged. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date and time due to factors that make it impossible to attend, a refund will be offered.
