• Please note, pick-up from some outer city Brisbane locations will incur a surcharge, payable directly to Pineapple Tours
• After the tour, your guide will drop you off at the same location as you were picked up. However, if you would like to be dropped off in a central area, such as a restaurant district or shopping centre, this can be arranged
• Dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Tasting menu and lunch menu are seasonal and subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as an example only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Please note, it can be up to 5 degrees cooler on the mountain so you may wish to bring a light jumper

• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road hazards or mechanical issues

• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable
• Bookings of 1–5 guests:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: a credit will be issued
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date: credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Pineapple Tours
• Bookings for 6+ guests
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: a credit will be issued
  • Cancellations within 30 days of departure date: credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Pineapple Tours

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings of 1–5 guests: 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings for 6+ guests: 30 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
