• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 9am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up Point: Return transfers available from Auckland City. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Lunch is not included on this tour, but there is the opportunity to purchase it en route. Any excess amount is paid directly to the vendors
• Please allow up to ten hours for this experience, including travel time
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–11. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• This tour requires a minimum of two people to run. If you are a single traveller and other guests are not booked, Bush and Beach will be in touch to discuss your options. If minimum numbers are met, Bush and Beach will be in touch within 24 hours with a reconfirmation email

• Bush and Beach cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour.
