Hamilton Island is located in the Whitsundays in Queensland.

Fly: Hamilton Island has its own commercial airport, with direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Cairns.

Ferry: Ferries depart regularly from Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour and arrive at the Hamilton Island Marina, with an approximate cruise time of 60 minutes.

Convenient return transfers from Hamilton Island Airport or Marina to Palm Bungalows are included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before your original check-in date for bookings in Australia and New Zealand, and 1 day before check-in for bookings in all other countries. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Palm Bungalow – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests (aged 13 years and over) are not permitted.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast and transfers only. Children eat free with at least one paying adult in participating restaurants. A cot can be provided on request.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Please Note: The 90-minute sunset cruise is run by one of our third-party trusted partners and is scheduled for the second day of travel (the day after check-in). The cruise is valid for two adults only. Children aged eight years and over are welcome but must purchase tickets at guests’ own cost. The cruise includes complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks and canapés for two adults only. Tickets can be picked up from the Hamilton Island Tour Desk and additional tickets (for guests aged eight years and over only) are available for purchase via Explore Group. Cruise departure time is between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Please note: Children (aged 12 years and under) eat free with one paying adult at the following participating restaurants: Sails, Coca Chu, Pool Terrace, Manta Ray, Tako, and Mariners. All kids’ meals (except at Mariners) include a soft drink and serve of ice cream. See the children’s menus here.

Please note: The Reef View Hotel pool will be closed for works during the following dates, 11th February 2022 - 4th March 2022 (inclusive). During this time Reef View hotel guests will have access to these resort pools: Main Pool, Bougainvillea Pool and Sails Pool.
