Reef View Hotel Hamilton Island is located in the Whitsundays in Queensland.

Fly: Hamilton Island has its own commercial airport, with direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Cairns.

Ferry: Ferries depart regularly from Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour and arrive at the Hamilton Island Marina, with an approximate cruise time of 60 minutes.

Convenient return transfers from Hamilton Island Airport or Marina to Reef View Hotel are included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before your original check-in date for bookings in Australia and New Zealand, and 1 day before check-in for bookings in all other countries. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Coral Sea View Room – Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people (bedding configuration is two queen beds).

Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$60 per person, per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast and airport/marina transfers only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child/Baby Policy: Up to two children/babies (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions (except the sunset cruise). Children eat free with at least one paying adult in participating restaurants. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

King Coral Sea View Room – Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child/baby or one adult and two children/babies (bedding configuration is one king bed).

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests (aged 13 years and over) are not permitted.

Child/Baby Policy: One child/baby (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and all inclusions (except the sunset cruise). Children eat free with at least one paying adult in participating restaurants. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Please note: The included resort credit for six and eight-night stays must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The credit may be used towards participating restaurants, Spa wumurdaylin and tour bookings made through Hamilton Island Tour Desk.

Please note: The 90-minute sunset cruise is run by one of our third-party trusted partners and is scheduled for the second day of travel (the day after check-in). The cruise is valid for two adults only. Children aged eight years and over are welcome but must purchase tickets at guests’ own cost. The cruise includes complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks and canapés for two adults only. Tickets can be picked up from the Hamilton Island Tour Desk and additional tickets (for guests aged eight years and over only) are available for purchase via Explore Group.

Please note: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) eat free with one paying adult at the following participating restaurants: Sails, Coca Chu, Pool Terrace, Manta Ray, Tako, and Mariners. All kids’ meals (except at Mariners) include a soft drink and serve of ice cream. See the children’s menus here.

Please note: The Reef View Hotel pool will be closed for works during the following dates, 11th February 2022 - 4th March 2022 (inclusive). During this time Reef View hotel guests will have access to these resort pools: Main Pool, Bougainvillea Pool and Sails Pool.
