Should you find an equivalent ‘Limited Time Lux Exclusive’ accommodation package published elsewhere (Equivalent Package) at a lower price than a current Luxury Escapes package (excluding Last Minute Escapes, Tours, Cruises, Lux Premium Collection and Lux Partner Property packages) then Luxury Escapes will match that price.

To qualify for the price match and credit the Equivalent Package must :

  • Be for the same hotel
  • Have the same length of stay
  • Have the same room type
  • Have the same dates
  • Have the same number of guests
  • Be published online and available to the general public
  • Have the same value adds/inclusions
  • Include all relevant taxes, booking fees and service charges.
  • Not be directly from the hotel’s own website.

What pricing will Luxury Escapes beat?

Our Best Price on Earth Holiday Guarantee applies to ‘Limited Time Lux Exclusive’ packages only (excludes Ultra Lux, Last Minute Escapes, Tours, Cruises, Lux Premium Collection and Lux Partner Property packages).

Who will Luxury Escapes accept price challenges from?

Online travel agencies (OTA’s), airlines or other travel agencies in your country who have an Equivalent Package available to book online (but expressly excluding the hotel’s own website). The evidence must be sent via email, include a screenshot or print out and clearly show the website where the Equivalent Package is available and also include reference to any additional fees.

What does available mean?

The Equivalent Package must be visible and bookable on the alternate website as well as the Luxury Escapes website. The comparison must be for the same hotel, same length of stay, same room type, same inclusions, same dates, the same number of guests and the same taxes, booking fees and service charges.

Do I have to use the same form of payment?

You must use the same form of payment as for the Equivalent Package presented.

When can I ask Luxury Escapes to match?

The Equivalent Package must be presented in writing and must be available for purchase at the same time. It must also be presented prior to you booking with Luxury Escapes.

How long does the verification process take?

Luxury Escapes will review your comparable package within 24 hours of receipt and confirm acceptance with you within 24 hours. If we determine the Equivalent Package to be less expensive we will match the price. If (based on the criteria above) we do not determine the Equivalent Package to be comparable or less expensive than the Luxury Escapes package, then we will work with you and present holiday options based on your preferences.

The price for the Equivalent Package must be presented (a screenshot or photograph is fine) over email to support@luxuryescapes.com and prior to booking and must be for the same form of payment. The written email must also show evidence of where the Equivalent Package is available and the date the price was made available.

Once verified Luxury Escapes will match the price.
