ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea sits within the exclusive Altea Hills community on Spain’s Costa Blanca, with the Mediterranean just two kilometres away and Altea’s cobbled whitewashed village ten minutes up the road. Explore the dramatic rock formation at Calpe’s Peñón de Ifach, hike the Sierra de Bernia trails or take a day trip to the medieval hilltop village of Guadalest.

The hotel is located approximately a 50-minute drive from Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily set-menu wellness breakfast is served at Salvia Restaurant from 7.30am–9.30am. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room on request. Water, infused water, teas and coffees are available.
• One complimentary three-course set-menu dinner with drinks is served at Salvia Restaurant from 7pm–9pm. It is designed with a focus on healthy, organic, seasonal cuisine from Finca Althaya organic farm. The dinner follows a curated wellness menu. Drinks include water, infused waters, kombucha, teas, coffees and one glass of organic wine per person. Additional alcoholic drinks are not included. Booking in advance is recommended.
• Daily non-alcoholic drink voucher is redeemable at the restaurant or pool bar from approximately 4pm–6pm. Includes teas, coffees, infused waters and wellness mocktails only. Alcoholic drinks are not included.
• Daily hydrotherapy spa circuit access includes a full-body wellness water circuit combining pools, sauna, steam room, cold therapy and relaxation areas designed to improve circulation, detox the body and promote deep relaxation. This is available from 11am–7pm. No pre-booking required.
• One metawell relaxation treatment per person is a high-tech experience where guests choose one method to deeply unwind. Satori is a mental meditation and sensory immersion, Welnamis is sound and vibration for nervous system balance and sleep, and Relounge is a physical deep relaxation and muscle release. It is designed as a reset tool during the stay.
• Wellness experiences include cooking classes, organic farm visits, coastal walks, yoga and more, subject to change and availability. These are subject to the resort’s weekly schedule and are not guaranteed for 3-night stays. Advance booking required.
• Daily complimentary parking can be booked in advance or when you arrive. Indoor or outdoor parking is available.
• Daily set-menu lunch (select packages only) is served at Salvia Restaurant from 1pm–3pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are included, consisting of water, infused waters, kombucha, teas and coffees. Alcoholic drinks are not included and are charged separately.
• Nightly set-menu dinner served in-room or at Salvia Restaurant (select packages only) is from 7pm–9pm. Drinks include water, infused waters, kombucha, teas and coffees. One glass of organic wine per person is included with the one-time dinner. Additional alcoholic drinks for half board and full board nightly dinners are charged separately.
• The EUR150 resort credit (select packages only) can be used towards all dining locations, and on spa treatments. This cannot be used towards boutique or clinic services (consultations, tests, scans, etc.). No minimum spend required.
