7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Nautilus 1 and Nautilus 2 from 6am–10.30am.
• Daily buffet lunch is served at Nautilus 1 and Nautilus 2 from 12pm–2pm.
• Nightly buffet dinner is served at Nautilus 1 and Nautilus 2 from 6pm–10pm.
• Two snacks per day are available at Brew Bar and Pool Bar from 10.30am–12pm and 2pm–4pm.
• The kids’ club is open from 8am–10pm. Children under 7 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Free-flow drinks from a select menu are served at all resort venues from 10am–10pm, including house wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, juices and select cocktails and mocktails. Drinks are served by the glass, and must be consumed in-venue. Alcohol will only be served to legal adults. The resort reserves the right to refuse service on responsible service of alcohol grounds.
• Included massages take place at Naia Spa & Wellness, open from 10am–9pm. Advance booking at least 24 hours in advance is required.
• Return shared airport transfers are available 24/7 and take you to and from Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC). This is a shared shuttle. Please provide arrival details to reservations at least seven days in advance to res@wyndhamgrand-phuquoc.com or 02 973 866 688.
• The one-time Vietnamese salted coffee is available at any onsite bar (select packages only).
• Upgraded dinners allow guests to switch a buffet dinner or a la carte dinner at Atlantis (select packages only). Reservation at least 24 hours in advance is required. A limit amount of VND500,000 per guest, per meal applies.
• One-time in-villa seafood BBQ is exchanged for one buffet dinner (select packages only). Reservation at least 24 hours in advance is required. A limit amount of VND500,000 per guest, per meal applies.
• Renovation works will be taking place at the Beach Bar until 30 September 2026. During this period, the venue will be unavailable.
• Cabana use is for villa guests only and includes complimentary seating from 9am–3pm. Subject to availability. Advance reservation is required.
