Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5300 per adult (18+) and THB2650 per child (3–17) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. This includes food, entertainment and fireworks.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is buffet style, served at The Floating Market from 6am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is available at any onsite restaurant from a set-menu only. In case guests order from a la carte menu, food credit of THB400 (THB550 for Indulgence Upgrade packages) per person will be applied. For guests not booking an Indulgence Upgrade package, buffet dinner is available at an additional charge of THB200 per person, per meal, payable directly to hotel. Buffet dinner is included for guests booked on Indulgence Upgrade package only. Please note, from November to March buffet dinner will operate daily. Buffet dinner operation will be reduced to three times per week from April to October (subject to change).
• Included massages are available at the beachside Sala Thai Massage. Daily massages (select packages only) must be used each day and do not roll over.
• Nightly free-flow drinks hour includes select cocktails, Chang beer and local spirits, served at Coconut Bar from 3pm–4pm or Mango Bar from 6.30pm–7.30pm. For those booking an Indulgence Upgrade, guests can enjoy two hours of free-flow drinks, served at their convenience from 3pm–6.30pm.
• Sands Castle kids’ club includes daily activities, based on set schedule. Children must be aged 4+ or accompanied by a parent to attend.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
