The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), and a 1.5-hour drive from Vancouver city centre, making it an ideal base for exploring British Columbia’s alpine wonders. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Return Shuttle Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: Return shared shuttle transfer between Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and your Whistler hotel, Ddor-to-door service with meet and greet at YVR arrivals.
  • Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date and time may not be available.
  • Please note: Whistler Connection will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange your exact pick-up time and location. You will need to supply your flight number, arrival/departure times, Whistler hotel name and address, number of travellers, and any ski/snowboard or oversized bag requirements.
  • Meeting point: Vancouver International Airport (YVR) — arrivals terminal. Meet-point details will be confirmed by Whistler Connection upon booking confirmation
  • Allowance of 2 checked bags, 1 ski/snowboard bag and 1 carry-on bag per person.
  • Oversized or additional items may incur a surcharge of CAD$10 payable directly to Whistler Connection.
  • Latest flight arrival time cut-off for pick-up is 10pm. Passengers must be scheduled to land at YVR before the flight cut-off time in order to guarantee travel to Whistler the same day. Otherwise, service will be offered on the first transfer the following day.
  • Maximum wait time is 90 minutes after check-in for delayed arrivals. Late arrivals exceeding this window and no-shows will void offer and no refund applies.
  • This is a shared shuttle service; vehicle type may include SUV, sprinter van, minibus or motor coach and is allocated based on availability and passenger numbers. Shared services may include additional stops for other passengers.
  • Infant seats: If you are traveling in a vehicle with seat belts then infant car seats are required by law and we will do our best to provide them. However, infant car seats are not available in mini-buses and other buses that do not have seat belts. Due to the nature of our service we can’t guarantee the type of vehicle that you will be riding in. As such, the only way to guarantee an infant car seat is by booking a private vehicle for your transfer. We can offer forward facing and booster seats for private transfers but not infant rear facing seats.
