Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5,800 per adult (16+) and THB2,900 per child (4–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Maintenance Notice: The property is undergoing a scheduled maintenance program until 25 October 2026. Works will take place daily from 10am–4pm.

Maintenance schedule:

• Superior Room (S3) Building: until 15 August 2026
• Lobby Area: 10 August – 10 September 2026
• Deluxe Room (S1) Building: Mid-September – Mid-October 2026
• The property will make every effort to reduce the impact on the guest experience throughout the maintenance period; however, guests may experience intermittent noise and visual disturbances during the scheduled work hours.
• Where possible, the property will allocate guests to rooms away from the maintenance areas.
• All other resort facilities and services are expected to remain available and operate as normal.

Return Private Airport Transfers & Fine print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer from Phuket International Airport (HKT), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time.
• Child seats requirements.
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items.
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
