The hotel is approximately a 45-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). One-way airport transfers are included in select packages only, please plan accordingly.

- Three-hour HarborLand entry tickets are provided for children under 12 years of age. Vouchers are issued upon check-in.
- One-time set dinner (select packages only) is available at Bangkok’78 from 6pm–10.30pm. Advance booking is required.

- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
