Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island is just under an hour’s drive from Kingscote Airport (KGC), which can also be reached via a 30-minute flight from Adelaide Airport (ADL). Alternatively, Kangaroo Island can be accessed by a 45-minute ferry from Cape Jervis to Penneshaw. Airport or ferry transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily continental breakfast will be served in the onsite restaurant from 7am until 9am.
• The nightly two-course set menu dinner will be served in the onsite restaurant from 6pm until 8pm. Includes one main and one dessert per guest.
• Dinner includes a selection of local Kangaroo Island and South Australian beverages, including beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic options. Drinks are served on an unlimited basis from the bar during dining hours of 6pm to 8pm.
• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption.
• Included activities operate per the resort schedule. May include nature, wildlife or food/drink activities, subject to availability.

Ocean Safari Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: 75-minute Kangaroo Island ocean safari cruise with live commentary.
• Available every day, departing at 9am OR 3pm.
• Departure/Return Point: Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw, South Australia 5222
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time.
• Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking.
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed.
• Food is not permitted to be eaten onboard the vessel unless given prior approval.
• No wheelchair access onboard vessel.
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari.
