7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served from 7.30am–11am at The Main Restaurant. Drinks include specialty coffees, filter coffee, tea, water and juices.
• Daily buffet lunch is served from 12.30pm–2pm at The Main Restaurant. Drinks include wine, beer, water and select soft drinks.
• Nightly buffet dinner is served from 7.00pm–9pm, or from 6pm for children at The Main Restaurant. Drinks include wine, beer, water and select soft drinks.
• Select free-flow drinks are available throughout the day at all onsite bars and restaurants. Select wines, sparkling wines, spirits and other specialities are not included and are chargeable.
• One 30-minute massage per adult is included per stay at WellFit-Spa. Massage is a deep tissue therapy treatment. Must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Non-transferable, no cash value. WellFit-Spa includes a variety of massage therapies such as Ayurvedic and Vietnamese signature massages, as well as body wraps, scrubs, and facials.
  • Additional guests may purchase the same massage at a special rate of VND595,000 per person.
• 30-minute sauna and steam session must be booked at least 45 minutes in advance and is available from 11am–7.30pm. Sauna access is gender-segregated and requires swimwear.
• Daily resort activities are complimentary. Advance booking is required via the ROBINSON App — details provided at check-in.
• Guests are not permitted to consume food or beverages brought from outside in the public areas.
• Quiet hours in the rooms begin at 10:00 pm. Therefore, loud music or parties are not permitted in the rooms.
• Guests are cordially invited to join the dancefloors in the entertainment zone for the night.
• The public area pools are operational until 7:00pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
