7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 12 July 2026 until 24 June 2027 (bookings must be made before 25 May 2027).

• Valid for four people (3+) or five people (3+), as per the inclusions in your selected accommodation package
• Unlimited entry to Dreamworld, SkyPoint Observation Deck and WhiteWater World (seasonal availability) for the duration of your hotel stay (valid up to 14 days)
• One-time 15% discount at select Dreamworld food and beverage outlets
• Your official tickets will be added to your accommodation package in your account within 13 days of hotel check-in, or within 2 days of purchase for bookings made for check-in within 14 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you when your ticket is available
• Please print your official tickets from your account and present on arrival to Dreamworld or SkyDeck Observation Deck for entry
• Hotel booking confirmations will not be accepted for entry, please ensure you have your official tickets available prior to heading to your experience

• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements
