- Daily buffet breakfast is served from 6.30am—10am at MIXE.
- The daily light lunch or set-menu dinner is served at MIXE. Lunch is served from 12pm — 5pm. Dinner is served from 5pm — 10pm (last orders 9.45pm)
- The two hours of daily free-flow drinks includes local beers, select house wines, select cocktails and soft drinks at Vibe Pool Bar from 4pm—6pm.
- The welcome drink is a non-alcoholic beverage served upon check-in at the lobby.
- The welcome fruit will be provided in-villa upon arrival, and will be according to the resort’s seasonal standards.
- It is recommended to pre-book watersports equipment directly with The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon. Activities run from 7am — 5pm, subject to weather conditions and availability. Includes 30 minutes per person, per day of kayak or stand-up paddleboard use.
- The 45-minute massage includes a foot, shoulder or head massage (body massage not available) and will be provided at Maia Spa. Opening hours are 10am—7pm (last booking 6pm).
- Local Quy Nhon cultural experience is a group experience from The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon’s seasonal schedule, subject to change. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance directly with the resort.
- Complimentary access to the Lifestyle Club includes a selection of games and recreational activities free of charge. Please note that certain activities, such as video games and karaoke, require coins/tokens, which can be purchased at the Lifestyle Club reception.
- The return airport transfers are a shared van departing as per resort schedule, to and from Phu Cat Airport (UIH), located approximately 30 minutes from the resort. Transfers must be booked through the hotel reception 24 hours in advance.
- Please note that an additional surcharge will apply if guests request kitchenette cleaning, or if the kitchen is left uncleaned upon check‑out, including any odours detected during housekeeping service.
- Please note, an additional surcharge will apply should guests request to open and use the kitchen facilities. The applicable fee will be provided upon request and arranged directly with the resort.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
