7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• The Interconnecting Deluxe Garden View room is located in the Garden Wing, which is separated from the Beach Wing by a road.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Uluwatu Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily free-flow drinks hour is served at Cocos or Nanas Bar at any time during opening hours, including local cocktails, wine, beer, fruit juice and soft drinks.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served a la carte at Cocos.
  • Lunch is served from 11am and dinner is served from 6pm.
  • If a buffet dinner is also scheduled, guests are welcome to join for an additional upgrade fee of IDR150,000 per person, per buffet. Enquire at check-in to confirm schedule and make necessary arrangements.
• One 60-minute traditional massage per adult is redeemable at In Balance Spa from 8am–10pm. Pre-bookings required.
• Daily hotel activities including paddleboarding, yoga and more, based on terms and conditions. Activities subject to change. Paid activities excluded.
• Children (under 12) stay and eat free when dining with a paying adult. If adults dine from the included package set menu, children may order from the same menu. If adults dine outside their package set menu, children dine free from the kids’ menu only.
  • For taller or older children who don’t fit on the small sofa bed, a rollaway bed is available on request, for a surcharge of IDR350,000 per night, subject to availability, paid directly to the hotel.
• Kids’ Club is open daily from 9am–6pm for children aged 5–12. Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Complimentary access does not include paid activities.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Transfers are valid for up to three adults or two adults and two children.
• Valid for transfers to and/or from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) only.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• Transfer details must be submitted minimum 24 hours prior to arrival.
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• Customers are required to contact Atlas Beach Fest via WhatsApp (+62 857 3906 3480) at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations including booking for a daybed/sofa bed (if any). Please mention your Luxury Escapes booking reference number and details of guest names to enjoy all the benefits.
• Atlas Beach Club has the rights to reschedule the booking date by offering alternative dates to guests should there be any unforeseen events post booking confirmation.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• This offer is not valid during special event dates including both local and international DJ performances and blackout dates including, 31 December 2026 and 8–9 March 2027.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Atlas Beach Fest abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on the dance floor after 9pm. For safety reasons, a minimum height of 120cm is required for children aged between 3 to 12 years to access the Atlas sliding pool, rooftop deck, secret garden and section 1 area.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

CANNA Bali Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Return Transfers from Nusa Dua hotel to CANNA Bali beach club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between CANNA Bali and the Airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
• For guests wishing to use the pre-departure lounge and beach club facilities within CANNA Bali on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify your transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
