The hotel is an approximately 40-minute drive from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) and a 25-minute drive from Melbourne Avalon Airport (AVV). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

- Nightly drinks are served at Joseph’s Bar from 12pm–9pm on Tuesday – Saturday and 12pm–5pm on Sunday – Monday.
- Access to the Werribee Mansion is from 10am–4pm daily. Bookings are not required.
- Hotel Credit: The included daily credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
- Joseph’s Dining is open daily for lunch and open Tuesdays – Saturdays for dinner.
- L.M Spa must be booked in advance. The spa is open Sunday – Friday from 9am–5pm and Saturday from 9am–6pm.
