- Daily free-flow drinks include standard cocktails, local beer and soft drinks, served at Kokulo Beach Club. Guests can enjoy their daily free-flow drinks hour (or the time specified in select packages) between 5 pm–10 pm.
- Daily two-course set menu lunch or dinner is served at Kokulo Beach Club. Lunch is served from 11am onwards. Dinner is served until midnight.
- Daily resort activities include paper origami, crown making, PlayStation and Wii consoles.
- Beachfront fire shows are performed every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on Bang Niang beach.
- Shuttle services run between La Flora Group resorts, including La Vela, La Flora, La Solaya and Casa de La Flora.
- The included massage per adult is at Spa QAQULA, open from 10am–7pm daily. Advance booking is required.
- The included catamaran experience is available from November to April, while bamboo rafting is offered from May to October.

- Includes: A return private airport transfer from Phuket International Airport (HKT), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time.
- Child seats requirements.
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items.
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
