- The complimentary shuttle bus service runs on three routes. The Ben Thanh Route runs five times daily (departing at 10am, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm), stopping at Ben Thanh Market, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Union Square before returning to the hotel about an hour later. The Cho Lon Route runs once daily at 11am, visiting Hung Vuong Plaza, Dong Khanh Zone, Binh Tay Market, Thien Hau Temple, and An Dong Market, arriving back at the hotel at 12pm. The service also runs from the hotel to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) at 1pm and from the airport to the hotel at 2pm.
- Reservation is required for the Cho Lon and Airport services. Please inform the hotel reception of your desired departure time. Due to limited capacity, all guests are served on a first-come, first-reserved basis. The shuttle will only wait at the pick-up point for five minutes due to city traffic regulations.

- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
