Club Tropical Resort sits on Macrossan Street in the heart of Port Douglas. Four Mile Beach is a 15-minute walk, and reef and rainforest experiences are easily accessible via Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina and Captain Cook Highway.
The hotel is located approximately a 70-minute drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

- The included A$100 dining credit is valid on food and drinks at La Cucina + Bar, Port Douglas. The restaurant is not part of the resort, but located directly next door. The credit must be used in one transaction during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bookings are essential. Any amount exceeding A$100 must be settled directly at the restaurant and cannot be charged to your room. The offer is subject to availability and may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances. The hotel reserves the right to postpone or cancel the offer without liability.
- Lady Douglas cruise takes passengers through the mangrove forests around Port Douglas. Each cruise includes an exploration of Dickson Inlet and a cruise to the inlet entrance. Onboard commentary covers mangroves, crocodiles and the local history of Port Douglas. All cruises are 1.5 hours and include a complimentary beverage from the onboard bar and a box of snacks. Booking is essential; please contact resort reception ahead of your stay to organise. - The cocktail experience is valid for two adults at Cosmos Lounge Port Douglas. The lounge is not part of the resort, but located approximately a five-minute walk from the hotel. Guests must make their own way to and from the lounge. Includes a house cocktail per adult, one hour of darts and a pizza to share.
- Complimentary onsite parking is available for guests. Please note that parking spaces are limited, cannot be reserved, and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As such, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. The maximum vehicle height clearance for the car park is 1.9 metres.
- Please note that apartments are non-serviced accommodation. For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is included.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
