- Classic Pet Friendly room is for two adults (12+) and is suitable for maximum two dogs under 25kg. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room at anytime. Dog beds and bowls are available on request with 24 hours’ notice. For Rick Stein dinner bookings, guests must arrange a dog sitter via reception for AU$30 an hour, paid directly.
- Two-course set menu dinner (select packages only) is served at Rick Stein at Bannisters from 5.30pm on weekdays and 12.30pm on weekends. Set menu options exclude shellfish and ribeye. Advance reservation is essential via Bannisters website or by calling reception on (02) 4454 7400.
