Schoolies Bookings: Schoolies 2026 runs from 21 November 2026 to 6 December 2026. AVANI Broadbeach Residences does not accept Schoolies bookings and reserves the right to cancel any booking during this period. All registered guests must be aged 21 years or over. A strict no-party policy applies, with immediate eviction for any breaches.
Location: Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are a 30-minute drive, while the SkyPoint Observation Deck is around five minutes by car. WhiteWater World operates seasonally (September 2026 – April 2027) and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay. The apartments are located approximately a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Transfers are not included during your stay. Please plan accordingly.
Housekeeping is not included, and apartments will not be serviced during your stay.
Parking is secure and undercover, with one parking space per apartment. Parking is subject to availability; pre-booking is recommended.

- Hotel booking confirmations will not be accepted for entry; please ensure you have your official tickets available before heading to your experience.

- Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities was possible, but guests chose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
