• Paid parking is available nearby at Bruce Bishop, Circle on Cavill, Chevron Renaissance, and Cypress Avenue car parks (own expense)

Cancellations:

• Bookings of 1 up to 9 people:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Bookings of groups of 10+ people:
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings of 1–9 people: 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. For larger groups of 10 or more, 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking.
