• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours’ of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies

• Cancellations made within 24 hours’ of departure: 100% cancellation fee applies

• There will be no refund for missed or unused tours

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Late arrivals and no-shows to pick-up will void tour offer. You may travel once on each included tour
• You will have the freedom to travel on your day of choice. Due to seasonal conditions, it is recommended you book as far in advance as possible
• Itineraries may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and availability
• Minimum numbers apply for tours to proceed. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
