After a morning transfer from your Nice hotel, enjoy spectacular views of the main event, all-day catering and free-flow drinks onboard the superyacht.
Optional Activity:
Recover from the excitement and exhilaration of the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix with a day at leisure in Nice. After a much-deserved sleep-in and breakfast at your hotel, you may like to head out to Vieux Nice to explore the city’s winding old town, stopping by countless architectural masterpieces along the way, or head out to nearby Cannes or Saint Tropez for a glimpse of the broader Cote d’Azur.
Enjoy the morning at leisure – the perfect chance to soak up a little more of Nice’s sun-kissed ambience – before the approximately 60-minute transfer to Grasse, travelling northward from the azure waters of the French Riviera to the vine-covered hills of Provence. Famous since the 16th century for its coveted perfumes, the picturesque town offers travellers a unique glimpse into one of France’s most spectacular regions. Check-in to your classically Provencal accommodation – the exquisite, five-star Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort, offering boundless views over the Pays de Fayence region, an acclaimed championship golf course (voted #2 Golf Resort Club in Continental Europe by Golf World 2022) and a top-notch spa specialising in wholly natural, Parisian treatments.
Enjoy the hotel’s extraordinary facilities at leisure this afternoon before meeting at the acclaimed onsite restaurant La Faventia. Awarded one Michelin star in 2022, the restaurant blends a meticulous level of care and love of Mediterranean flavours to showcase Provence’s local produce, promising an evening packed with unforgettable flavours. Playful, artisanal and light, plates are backed by majestic views of the setting sun as it descends beneath the hills.
After breakfast, meet with your fellow tourmates for the long-anticipated moment – the chance to drive one of the world’s best supercars. Choose from a wide selection of world-class, top-of-the-range supercars, including the ferocious Ferrari 812 Superfast, lightning-quick Lamborghini Aventador S and exceptional Porsche GT3. Travel convoy-style – with a dedicated lead vehicle ahead and sweeper vehicle behind – approximately four hours northeast to Alba, working your way upwards into the sweeping Maritime Alps on the French-Italian border. Along the way, you’ll cross through three of Piedmont’s most beautiful wine regions – Barolo, Barbera and Barbaresco.
At the crossroads between the Barolo and Barbera, tonight’s breathtaking accommodation awaits – the exceptional retreat Casa di Langha, surrounded by Piedmont’s sprawling vine-clad hills and truffle-rich forests. The hotel itself boasts over 100 acres of working vineyards and the culinary credentials to match. Enjoy an exclusively ‘green’ dinner at Fàula Ristorante, drawing on biodynamic gardens, raw materials and local recipes to create a dining experience that’s as sustainable as it is spectacular.
Today, return to your luxury supercar and coast northwards for Switzerland. Take the chance to put the pedal to the metal on the Autostrada, Italy’s answer to Germany’s Autobahn – where the speed limit hits a lofty 130km per hour. Continue your drive through the winding, more technical roads of the Italian lake region, driving upwards past shining Lago Maggiore.
After this fantastic four-hour drive, cross the border into Switzerland and pull into tonight’s luxury accommodation – the Castello del Sole, a five-star lakeside retreat unlike any other. Perfectly positioned amid 300 acres of sprawling wilderness, and offering guests access to a private beach, winery and bird sanctuary – this is the perfect place to unwind and savour the serenity of one of Italy’s most gorgeous regions. Tonight, dinner is at the hotel’s premier restaurant, Laconda Barbarossa. Another Michelin favourite – it was awarded one star in 2022 – the restaurant draws on its produce, classically Italian recipes and unprecedented culinary brilliance to deliver plates that simply sing on the tongue, all surrounded by the hotel’s extraordinarily peaceful ambience.
After breakfast, embark on a journey that has captured the imagination of drivers for decades – the winding road up into the snow-capped Swiss Alps, through San Bernardino Pass. After approximately two hours, your luxury accommodation awaits – Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort, breathtakingly embedded in the heart of the Alps. This oasis of tranquillity draws from deep mountain hot springs to provide a restorative bathing experience that’s designed to soothe fatigue and stimulate the spirit, all while surrounded by spectacular natural beauty. Dinner this evening is at the Michelin-star awarded Epoca by Tristan Brandt, plating up creations that nimbly straddle the line between classical French cuisine and modern Asian fusion. Wide glass doors offer soaring views of the Alps for a dining experience that truly goes above and beyond.
Today, drive approximately three hours through the snow-kissed Swiss Alps – past Gotthard and Oberalp – to arrive in the picturesque village of Interlaken, renowned since the early Victorian age for its extraordinary alpine beauty. Check-in to tonight’s exquisite five-star accommodation – the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa and enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the village’s charming backstreets or enjoying the hotel’s first-class amenities. As the sun falls beneath the Alps, head to the nearby La Terrasse Brasserie to sample the restaurant’s diverse menu of laidback classics, showcasing seasonal cuisine from the local region.
Optional Activity:
Conclude your supercar odyssey with a relaxed descent from the Swiss Alps, through the rolling countryside, finishing at Zürich, a staggeringly beautiful city located upon the shores of the Zürichsee. Experience true landmark luxury with a stay at one of Zürich’s most iconic hotels – The Dolder Grand, boasting a privileged position above the city and overlooking the distant Alps. Wander the hotel’s extravagantly furnished 19th-century lobby and marvel at The Dolder Grand’s collection of artworks – including originals from luminaries such as surrealist Salvador Dali and contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. Dinner tonight is at Saltz Restaurant. Designed by renowned Swiss artist Rolf Sachs, the restaurant is a design masterpiece in and of itself – enjoy an evening of pared-back, relaxed plates, perfectly matched with Swiss wines from the restaurant’s cellar.
Enjoy your final moments in The Dolder Grand before departing for the next leg of your journey. As you officially leave the tour, reminisce on your time discovering curated luxury, enjoying picturesque scenery, driving a fleet of supercars on exhilarating roads and iconic passes, dining in world-famous restaurants and delighting in the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix. While you may be sad it’s over, you’ll have memories to last a lifetime.
