7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Bathe and Dine Experience Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Thermal springs bathing experience at shared pools, choice of two-course lunch or dinner at Thyme, glass of local Peninsula wine or craft beer per person, locker access, towel hire and bathrobe hire
• Available every day from 10.30am to 7pm
• Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol. A non-alcoholic substitute will be offered to guests 17 and under.
• Bookings are required. Email reservations@albathermalsprings.com with your experience booking ID and preferred booking date, once purchased. Please do so at least 7 days prior to desired booking. Alba Thermal Springs & Spa will reply within 3 business days, confirming your booking.
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated – please advise at the time of booking.
• The menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Please note that some minor changes to the menu may occur. Menu options will depend on time of booking.
• Dining inclusion is not valid for breakfast.
• Maximum number of guests per booking is two.
• Exclusions: Private bathing, other spa treatments, food and drinks not listed in the inclusions.
• This experience may not be suitable for pregnant women.
