A highlight for many is the wonderful grass area between the heated pool and waterfront, which has plenty of room for the children to play and run around while you watch from the covered outdoor living area. You will love the sandy waterfront connected to the property which has a private jetty perfect for fishing.
The theatre room is complete with a huge screen projector, suited for when the family needs a break after swimming in the pool all day. Adding to the activities is the classic board games and vintage arcade game, plus free access to high speed Wi-Fi, Foxtel and Netflix. This beautiful home provides the ultimate Gold Coast luxury holiday, leaving you and your family with wonderful memories. A $2000 security deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a pre-authorisation, which will be released after you check out.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
