We stay here quite often, the staff are fantastic , especially in the lobby. The team are Always helpful for bookings and work related activities and personal trips with the family, the kids love the pool too. The parking really helps and the food and afternoon tea is really good. Great spot if you’re going to the rugby or horse show , granted it’s a little far for city center, but it’s a quick uber away.

I have been coming to this hotel for years. It is my opinion in the best location if you are visiting Dublin. The hotel is beautiful but nothing compares to the amazing staff in every sector of this hotel. Every single person is genuinely so nice and accommodating. Best hotel in Dublin by a mile.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Dublin for two nights while visiting for the rugby, and I absolutely loved my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made a real difference. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful, spacious rooms that offer pure comfort. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast; fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to set you up for the day. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Dublin, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the city! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From start to finish, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were simply amazing—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. And the food? Absolutely to die for! Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or the amazing cocktails. We were blown away by the quality and variety. It felt like dining at a five-star restaurant every time. This hotel truly knows how to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable meals. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!
