Led by certified coaches, each session follows a structured approach, covering safety essentials, planning and technique. These dynamic sessions will provide you with an unforgettable aquatic adventure and, depending on your skill level, get you riding your first, second or tenth wave.

- Learn surfing basics: how to position your feet on the board, paddle and stand up

- Equipment provided: wetsuit, surfboard and leash

- Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
- Should the conditions on the day not be suitable for this specific lesson SurfSup New Zealand will happily refund any payment made, or fit you into the next suitable slot
