• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

• Paid parking is available very close to the departure location. Suggestions include Secure Parking - Harbour Park (the west end of the Wright Lane Car Park), Boat Harbour - Car Park, or Care Park Throsby Parking Lot

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under NOT not permitted on this tour
• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• Tours have an extremely high success rate of seeing humpback whales during peak season. While CoastXP cannot guarantee you will see whales (as they are wild marine mammals) if whales are not spotted on a designated whale watch tour, you will be offered a free return trip on another subsequent tour date – this ticket is subject to availability, must be used within the same whale-watching season and during a tour with other paying passengers onboard
• Guests with any medical condition, injury, potential health risk or who are pregnant must advise CoastXP prior to departure, it is recommended that these passengers do not partake in CoastXP experiences and if so, do at their own risk
• CoastXP reserves the right to cancel, change or adapt any tour it sees fit allowing for weather, safety, operational or equipment concerns. CoastXP will always contact you using the contact details listed on your booking, should your experience need to be cancelled or adapted for any of the above reasons. CoastXP will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by the passenger caused by such cancellation, change or adaptation
• Experiences operate in the natural environment, which can be subject to change. If the live weather conditions are different to what is forecast, CoastXP may choose to postpone or cancel your cruise. If this happens, bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability) or refunded (excluding any booking fees or transaction fees). If there is light rain on the day, the cruise will still run
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
