Age Restrictions:

• Child tickets apply for persons aged 3–9 years of age, who must be this age at the time of visiting a Park.
• Adult rates apply for persons aged 10+ years
• Infants (2 and under) may attend free of charge and a ticket is not required
• Persons under the age of fourteen (14) years must be accompanied by someone 14 years of age or older

Theme Park Ticket (1 Park Per Day) Conditions

• This Ticket is valid only for access to one park per day and does not allow access to multiple parks on the one day

Theme Park Ticket Park Hopper Option Conditions

• This Ticket allows access to explore Multiple Theme Parks on the one day, the ability to visit a park is subject to the park’s capacity limitations

Water Park and Sports Option and Park Hopper® Plus Ticket Conditions

• Each Ticket includes One Plus Visit for each day of your Ticket, for example a 4-Day Ticket will provide Four Plus Visits
• Available Plus Visits:
  • Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
  • One round of Golf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. Please note this includes greens fees only (reservations required and subject to availability)
  • One round of FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. Available every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday after 2.30pm, subject to availability
  • One round of miniature golf at either Disney’s Fantasia Gardens or Disney’s Winter Summerland (round must start prior to 4.00pm)
  • One visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (valud only on event days; some events excluded and require additional admission charge)
• Water Parks are subject to seasonal closure and operating hours, Your Plus Ticket will include entry to whichever Water Park is open, please refer to the operating hours and calendar
• Plus visits may not be used prior to or after the validity of your Ticket

Cancellation:

• 100% free cancellation applies if:
  • Your Ticket is within 90 days of purchase and is requested a miminum 1 day before your selected start date
  • The ticket has not been used in part or full
  • The ticket has not been modified or exchanged
  • Order does not contain any Special Event ticket

Outside of other cancellation policies: non-refundable

Changes to booking:

• You are unable to amend an existing order, inclusive of date changes, number of tickets or lead guest name. If your booking is within the above outlined cancellation rules and you require a change to your booking you will need to cancel your original order in full and re-book your tickets.
