- Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no shows: a fee from A$50 per person applies
