Terms & Conditions:
- Participant requirements: All participants of this tour must be aged 7+ and be able to swim without buoyancy aids
- No touching or feeding dolphins is permitted. All passengers are asked to respect the wildlife and adhere to instructions from the crew
- Child policy & requirements:
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- This experience is not permitted for children under 7 as they must be able to follow instructions
- Wearing buoyancy aid devices are not recommended. Wetsuits are available in small sizes for children that will help with their buoyancy. If you feel your child needs to wear a buoyancy aid, then this cruise is not suitable for them
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the cruise at all times. It is recommended parents have shared supervision responsibilities by swimming at different times to ensure one parent is always available to supervise the child – children are not permitted to be left onboard the vessel unsupervised at any time
- Wild dolphin guarantee: Passengers may rebook free of charge for another date within the current season (September to early June) if you are unable to swim with or sight dolphins on your cruise. These seats are non-transferable and subject to availability. Please be aware that not sighting or swimming with dolphins or being unable to rebook for another date does not make you eligible for a refund
- Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Perth Wildlife Encounters
- All passengers are required to sign a Waiver of Liability before participating in this cruise
