• Available hours: Tuesday – Sunday: Departs hourly from 10am–2pm
• Not valid: Mondays and public holidays. Departure times vary and are subject to change
• Departure point: Marriott Marina, 158 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise. Marina access via boardwalk on the northern side of the resort. Check-in required 30 minutes prior to departure time
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 July 2025

Terms & Conditions:

• Duration of jet boat ride is approximately one hour, taking into consideration tidal and weather conditions. Please allow extra time for safety briefing and jacket fitting
• Valid for participants aged 6+. Age, weight and height restrictions may apply – please enquire directly with Surfers Jet prior to purchase with any questions or concerns
• All passengers are required to sign a public liability waiver; passengers under 18 will require a parent/guardian to sign on their behalf
• Maximum 14 passengers per jet boat ride
• Charters are weather, tidal and mechanical conditions dependent and may be cancelled and postponed at Surfers Jet’s discretion for passenger and driver safety. If the charter is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date (refunds are not available for postponements)

What to Bring:

• Sunscreen and spare dry clothes to change into as you will get wet
• Sunglasses and a hat are recommended but must be strapped on otherwise you may lose them. Straps are available for purchase on the day from A$10
