Changes to Booking

Three business days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. This includes but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost

• You can expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including traditional picnic foods. As artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, final picnic contents will vary
• Most dietary needs can be catered for at no additional charge, including gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. Guests can also outline any allergies at the time of booking. Mystery Adventures will do their best to cater for pregnancy and nut allergies on request. Pescatarians are recommended to book as vegetarians
• Undercover seating options are available for your picnic in the case of rain
• Tour can be dog-friendly. Please advise at time of booking and Mystery Adventures will ensure all stops are suitable for dogs
• Picnic includes one non-alcoholic drink per adult.
• Please note, you will need a car to complete this experience
• Please allow up to approximately four hours for this experience, plus additional time for the picnic

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Mystery Adventures abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be provided at least 3 business days before your experience date to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded
